I'm loving this new layout!
It reminds me of my old diary and all the good memories that it preserved: organisations, deadlines for mading, and football crushes. (Hello, Pippo.)
Yeah, I'm not ashamed admitting I have a thing for Pippo Inzaghi. Calling him the worst footballer all you like and yet you still can't deny his achievements being one of the top scorers of all time in European competitions, not to mention all the cups he had lifted and awards. Not bad for someone who "can't play football", eh? ;)
One day I will write about him. But I believe it's going to be a tough one to write, for all the time I will be spending fighting the tears and lump on my throat. A usual case that often occurred every time I took a walk down the memory lane, remembering all of my favourite retired players.
At this point, football is no longer just a game. It has become a beautiful precious thing that I grew up with and shaped my youth.
Ahh....enough with the melancholy. Real life has been pretty awash with it.
Yeah and let me leave you with this picture...
Awww....
Ladies and gentlemen, bow down to the Bearded Divine Andrea Pirlo and Super Pippo. Two of my favorite people in the world.
